Fantastic Solution

I dropped the tripod and this catch broke, I thought I would be up for a new head but this part was a very inexpensive easy solution. A bit fiddly to install, you do need to loosen the screw that retains the main clasp to get the part in position. Fantastic prompt service from B&H as usual, arrived here in New Zealand 5 days after order !

Such an easy fix, I should have done it sooner

The safety assembly of my tripod head got broken and I hoped I wouldn't have to replace the entire head. I searched online and found the part number and ordered it. There are no instructions on how to install it and after a few dumb mistakes I found that it's as simple as removing a single screw under the lever and lifting it out. I ordered three of these because it's likely to break again.
