The Zen Studio+ from Antelope is a Thunderbolt and USB 2.0 audio interface designed for musicians, engineers, and producers who need access to the tools of the studio, while on the go. It delivers up to 32 channels of pristine audio at 24-bit/192 kHz and offers twelve class-a microphone preamps, extended analog/digital connectivity, and a collection of vintage effects, in a lightweight (at 4.4lb) and travel-friendly package.
The company's industry-leading 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking (AFC) jitter management technology lies at the core of the Zen Studio+, ensuring vivid sound quality and a stereo image with abundant depth and detail. The FPGA DSP engine powers hardware-based audio effects such as detailed emulations of EQ's, dynamic processors, guitar amp & cabinet simulations, reverb, and more. This technology also lets you create up to four independent mixes with near-zero latency, and assignable to any output.
The unit brings convenient features to the road including a talkback button to allow easy and fast communication between musicians and engineers, two re-amp outputs to route signal to a guitar amp, two insert point for sending signal to outboard gear, two independent headphone outputs, and a multi-function display with peak metering of up to 32 channels simultaneously.
For added flexibility, you can control all Zen Studio+ features via a desktop application, or wirelessly adjust mic-pre gain using the iOS/Android app (available separately).
