iStarUSA 2RU Two PCIe x16 Card with 2.75" Ribbon Cable

Sir,I purchased a ASUS Republic of Gamers Rampage VI Extreme LGA 2066 Extended ATX Motherboard from B&H about a month or so ago. I would like to installed 5 GPU on that motherboard but it only has four (4) slots. The GPUs are; one NVIDI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founder's Edition 11GB, one NVIDI GeForce GTX 1080 Founder's Edition 8GB and three PNY GeForce GTX 1070 XLR8 8GB Graphics Video Card NVIDIA. I want to have all five (5) GPUs installed on the ASUS motherboard so I can set it up to configure 20 monitors (four monitors per GPU) to use all monitors at the same time. The ASUS motherboard has only four (4) slots for Video Cards. Can I use this item to expand to a total five (5) slots, by expanding only one slot on the Motherboard to a Double Card adapting on one of the Motherboard four (4) slots?
