What do I check if there is no sound when I pair with bluetooth to my phone?
Asked by: Bill
You will first need to verify that your indeed paired correctly. Go to your devices setting, and then Bluetooth, and make sure that you are connected to JBL VMA160. Then, make sure your device's volume is up, start at about 50%. Next, go to the VMA and make sure that input channel "music" is turned up, and that the Master volume (all the way to the right) is also turn up. Start all the way down and slowly increase the Master volume, as not to push too much signal. If you continue to experience issues connecting, please give us a call at 800-606-6969 and a Pro Audio Product Specialist will be happy to assist.
