JBL VMA2120 Reviews

Microphone 4 inputs on phoenix connectors no go

Adding 4 Shure wireless mics via phoenix port caused HUM at 75% power to each input. (replaced Shure equipment with same issue). JBL had no fix to correct the issue. B&H recommended adding a mixer (yamaha), and it instantly fixed the hum. Wound not recommend direct connect of wireless mic to direct connect on phoenix input. USB and bluetooth connections were simple and excellent audio.!

The amp is listed as 120 watts and there are two output channels. So, the amp is 120 watts per channel, correct? In other words, in a 70v application with two separate chains of speakers, each chain would have 120 watts available?

Asked by: Dianne
No, the bluetooth function is as an input source, not for streaming out to speakers.
