It would depend on the model of the ikan Lyra light fixture you own, which unfortunately was not listed above as ikan has different sizes of the ikan Lyra light fixtures. If you own the ikan Lyra LW5 Half x 1 Studio & Field LED Light, it will fit fine, and may hold multiple units. If you own the ikan Lyra LW10 1x1 Studio & Field LED Light, it may fit, but it would be a tighter fit. If you own the ikan Lyra LBx20 1x2 Studio & Field LED Light, it will not fit.
