WPS Pro Wireless Print Server is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from $200+ Android Tablet It's hard to grasp that what DNP is selling you here is (rooted) Android tablet device (with some extended hardware) with couple of awful applications on it. Those applications are DNP exclusive and can not be downloaded/bought on Google Play. After a lot of app crashes/malfunctioning, my last resource was to do "Hard Reset" which, instead of reseting DNP WPS to original state, reset tablet to unusable Android device (unusable from the standpoint of printing server). DNP's support response was that I should send brand new device to their service, on my cost, pay $50 for repair, and again, pay shipping back to me... Very bad experience with DNP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! This device is so much easier to utilize than its predecessor! I connected it to my DNP DS40, turned the DS40 and WPS Pro on, waited for my test print, and connected my iPad to the WPS Pro server. I utilize Simple Booth for my photo booth business and prints came out very timely. My only concern is when using 4x6 prints, I couldn't get just one image to print to a sheet. All 4 images printed no matter if just a single shot was chosen. Could be a glitch with Simple Booth's software. Wasn't a huge deal at the event. Very happy with the WPS Pro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done I have a photobooth company and use the WPS Pro for my DNP DS40 printer with SimpleBooth software. It's easy to use. The only issue, as another reviewer stated, is if you would like to print just one photo out of a series of 4, it prints all 4 on one 4x6 sheet rather than the one. Not a huge deal for my company, but here and there we do get the request from consumers. I just ordered a second, as one got dropped at an event and the screen is unresponsive and DNP doesn't repair these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works but very limited signal and no color correction I just bought this WPS pro wireless print server in order to let my wife print photos from our printer. I also was hoping that it would be powerful enough to actually use at a party to let people print. It works but it is not that powerful and gives very little control over the print function. For set up, The WPS is very slow to boot up. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes while it checks settings. It has a very weak signal... 30 feet at best. My Samsung wireless printer can be used throughout the whole house but you have to be in the same room to use this baby. Pretty poor. On the app (installed on your phone or ipad) you can select photos from the camera roll or a few other places you might have photos. On my wife's ipad all the photos look blurry. On my iphone 6s they look OK, so you need to evaluate if the photo is good enough to print before you enter the app. You then choose a size and the finish of the photo. You can set what is the default options with the WPS. The buttons are tiny on my iPhone for selecting options. From the computer you can send it to the WPS but that has to be sent through Hot folders. My problem is that the WPS doesn't allow for any colour correction. My printer prints slightly yellow, so when I print from my Mac (not using the WPS) I have set up default printing using DNP printer features/adjustments/colour which I then saved as a preset. So direct printing from the Mac by USB I can adjust colour but not if I use the WPS. This means all prints using the WPS will only follow the default for the printer. I also need to unplug the USB cord and move it between my computer and WPS. Overall...the distance connectivity of only 30 feet and the lack of colour correction and price gives it a low rating. I might as well have just upload to my Mac and then printed them. Maybe even setting up a common drop box for others that can be accessed by your computer and then print from that.
