I use Elinchrom lights and SkyPort Plus - HS. Metering the lights with this radio trigger is a real benefit. The unit allows one to change the power level on individual lights from the meter as one would from the SkyPort Plus. If you change power levels from the meter then make sure to hit refresh on the SkyPort before making any further changes to power level on the SkyPort. One note of warning, if you intend to use the meter in conjunction with an ELB400 Hi-Sync unit, please see my review of the Sekonic L-858. There are issues.

Will this work with my canon EOS RP with the canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT Camera Flash? Trying to figure out which radio module.
Unfortunately Sekonic RT-EL/PX Elinchrom & Phottix Transmitter Module is not compatible with Speedlite 430EX III-RT Camera Flash. Sekonic does not make a radio module for that flash. What you will need to do is press on the light meter to read the flash. It will then wait 90 seconds for a flash to fire. You will then need to fire the flash separately. Then the meter will read the flash and give you a meter reading.

Unfortunately, no, the Sekonic RT-EL/PX Elinchrom & Phottix Transmitter Module, B&H # SERTELPX, is not compatible for use with the Sekonic L-758DR DigitalMaster Flash Meter. It is only compatible for use with the Sekonic Speedmaster L-858D-U light meter.
