I use PW's to fire more than strobes. I often wear 2 DSLR's and carry a PW to fire a remote camera or 2. I really don't like have overly long cords hanging. So, I figure I'd get this one. It is extremely well made. But, I think I am going to have to pick up the 3' on my next order. I had made one myself but it was not reliable. If you want to know something will work 100% of the time don't be cheap spend a few bucks and get something worth not being aggravated in the long run...
