its just not working

putting two stars and not one because it is still possible to reach a real person using a small button on a web interface.. other buttons do not do anything useful .. I cannot register my protection plan, I can not file a claim, If somebody tell you that some email supposed to arrive - it never comes. Not today. Not tomorrow. So web interface is not working. But, it’s still possible to talk to real people via chat. The thing is that to keep the chat alive, you need to put something in it once a minute. That’s why I was asked same questions all over again, about my email address etc etc etc.

I got a display for computer 6 month ago, together with 2 year protection plan. Now the monitor died. After 5 days of negotiation. with allstate, they suggested me to find some local body shop who agree to fix the broken monitor for less then the price of the display which is $199. Nobody wants to look at the broken display for less then $850. This is the only resolution they can suggest.

Insurance to cover an expensive Video card past the Warranty

Even though these are Excellent video cards for Workstations, working day after day Rendering awesome resolution images and animations (Sketchup, Revit, Lumion), they don't last forever. Out last high end video card lasted 7 years (Nvidia RTX A5000). We hope that the 4000 will last as long, but just in case, we bought insurance coverage for a further 4 years past the warranty. I think covering electronics for an extended period is a good ROI all around.

question

Will this cover an Apple Watch Series 1?
Asked by: Robert G.
This company is hands down the worst company I ever had to work with to honor a sales agreement. Literally more than 40 emails and phone calls later, I STILL didn't have the minor part I needed that they shipped the equipment out without. RUN. FAST.

I'm ordering ND filters; if they drop and break, do I get a replacement without any additional charges?
Asked by: Adam
I got this protection plan for my ND filters. When one of them broke, they only covered half the cost of a new one.

Someone said this plans cover drops and spills but someone said I does not cover water damage. Both answers are from the staff. So does it cover liquid damage or no?
Asked by: Derrion
I just found out from Alfred at B&H this is incorrect as it applies to printers. Printers are considered immobile electronics hence they are not subject to water damage, spills, cracked lens, earthquakes or hurricanes. Additionally, if the printer weighs more than 50 lbs (due to “free” shipping provided by Allstate), Allstate will send a repair person to the printers location. There is no timeline as to when the repair person will get to the printer. I suggested to Alfred that maybe this should be clarified on B&H’s web page. Alfred stated that he is merely a sales person and not a web designer. Oh well - please just be aware that the info provided for Allstate insurance for printers is not a totally clear picture.

question

is this really an extension of the warranty period from 1 year to 3 years? my printer already comes with a one year. thx
Asked by: Rufus S.
Hello! According to the certificate that came with the equipment, I bought an ASUS monitor in 2022, which has a 36-month warranty. In addition, I paid for a 2-year warranty. Does that mean I would be covered until 2026 or 2027? I would appreciate it if you could confirm.
