The F300-3 Elite Joiner with F300-6 Frame Gluing System from Logan Graphics is a framing tool designed to join frame corners and create custom-made frames.
The Gluing System is included with the Elite Joiner as part of this kit. When creating the frame, you apply a small amount of Frame Glue onto the end of the first molding. The Frame Glue Accelerator, which speeds up the bonding process, is sprayed onto the end of the second molding; then both ends are held together for ten seconds to solidify the bond. Now the glued frame is placed and aligned inside the Elite Joiner; finally, the moldings are clamped down and the drive lever is pushed down, ensuring the V-Nails are driven straight into the wood to make a permanent hold.
Logan Graphics F61 Frame Glue (0.9 oz)
The F61 Frame Glue from Logan Graphics is used to join two pieces of frame molding to create a frame. Applying a small amount of glue onto the inside each molding and holding the joint together will create a bond; allowing the molding to cure overnight before hanging will result in an even stronger bond. F62 frame glue accelerator can be used to speed up the gluing process. Logan Graphics also recommends using v-nails for added strength.
Logan Graphics F62 Frame Glue Accelerator (1.7 oz)
The F62 Frame Glue Accelerator from Logan Graphics is used in conjunction with the F61 Frame Glue, which helps the bonding action of the glue to adhere faster, and to join two pieces of frame molding together to create a custom frame. Once the frame glue is applied on one side of the molding, the accelerator is sprayed onto the other end of the second molding, and held together for ten seconds to create the bond.
