    Lowel LB-30 reviews

LB-30 Small Litebag Soft Case is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from great compact size Great case that's roomier than expected. It's a great size for a 3 lights (I have a pro, omni, and a tota) with stands, cabling, umbrellas, and gels. I picked this case over the hard ones for it's size and weight; it will protect your lights less, but is much more portable. The dividers are useful and there are many. The strap can handle a fair amount of weight. Only downside is that I worry about the strength of the metal clasps and D ring- appears to be a softer metal, however I have never had problems with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy bag, very versitile I teach drama and video-and this bag is perfect for one of my little Tota-kits. Plenty of ability to customize with the extra dividers. Only problem I have is I initially purchase Tota stands--my stands are too long for the bag-but they nestle between the handles. However, as I replace the 'cheap' stands with Lowell stands, that problem will go away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice well-made softbag This is a very nice general-purpose small softbag and the quality is very high considered the low price. Just the right amount of padding for my taste - neither too much nor too little. This bag looks like it will last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size is fine for 2 DP I needed a bag for my 2 Lowel DP Lights as small as possible, and took a chance with this, despite that is not designed for that. Surprise, 2 DP with barn doors each, cables gels, dichroic filters, spare bulbs, and more. Love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Undercover carry bag for small lights The pictures and dimensions are a little misleading. This bag is smaller that it appears. You get a million dividers but if you are using it for bigger items, they are all useless. I got it for 2 Alien Bees and they just fit but the cones hardly fit. I managed to arrange everything in there but I would have hoped for a much deeper bag. For this price, I think it's a little small. The construction is nice and looks like regular luggage so it work attract attention to your gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for two light setup w/ accessories I use this product to fit two Dynalite Uni400 JR's, two battery packs, cords, clamps, and the domed reflectors that go on the strobe heads. It is a tight fit at times and I certainly wouldn't want to use this for a three or four light setup (unless the lights were much smaller) but for a compact two light kit it is perfect for my needs. The dividers were barely enough to do the job. It comes with a bunch of dividers but they are all small, if you need to make divisions for bigger items like strobe heads and batteries you may run out. I had to add one of my own in fact, but it wasn't an issue and overall after measuring dozens of times and searching all over this website for a bag that would work for me I am quite satisfied with this purchase. The durability of the zippers and interior compartments is good. I have had this bag now for about two or three years and it is still functioning as new. It should be noted that unless you have very compact lightstands they will not fit in this bag, but I use a separate bag for my lightstands and umbrellas and I wasn't looking to get everything in this one bag. I also want to say that the shoulder strap is REALLY comfortable. It has some foam padding and a little bit of elastic properties that make this bag really easy to carry. When it comes to traveling I would not want to use this as an airport traveler or any use where others are handling the bag as the padding on this is not very good. But for carrying my items and sitting in my trunk, it is perfect for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a 2 - 4 light setup Great bag, well-constructed, good layout. I have two Uni400s, two reflectors, two superclamps, three pocketwizards, sync cables and batteries all within this bag! If you want to store more than two monos in here there won't be as much room for accessories, but it hold up to 4 easily. All in all, a great, sturdy and adaptable bag. Stop thinking about it and buy it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We would purchase this product again The bag is used by students and holds up to its expectation. It's used on a daily basis and holds up to the abuse it receives. It would be helpful if a fabric flap would cover the zipper.
