Chimera Pro II Overview

The large Chimera PRO II Strip Softbox is designed for use with a strobe. With fabric not intended for the heat of a continuous light, the PRO II Strip comes standard with a white interior and a flush front face, which provides a wider spread of light than a box with a recessed front.

Popular applications include, but are not limited to, side lighting 2 or 3 people or large objects without getting as much wrap-around as a conventional rectangular softbox.

Suitable for full length set-ups with adults, or when a soft hair-light is needed for a large group of people.
Required speed (mounting) rings are available separately for many manufacturers' strobes.

Which speed light ring would work with this soft box for Godox flashes (the V1c and the AD200?)

The Godox S2 Speedlite Bracket for Bowens, B&H # GOS2, and the Impact Speed Ring for Impact, Bowens S, Westcott & Aputure, B&H # IMSRIMPV2, would allow you to connect the Chimera Pro II Softbox for Flash Only (Small, 24 x 32") to the Godox V1 Flash for Canon and the Godox AD200 TTL Pocket Flash.

Are there any grid type accessories for this softbox? I like that the front is one piece but it looks like adding a grid may be hard with no recessed edge. Even feathering is hard to achieve.

Of course there is no grid! It's a softbox, not a hardbox.
