This should work! You will have to use one of the audio inputs for timecode on the BMPCC and sync the files together in post.

The Tentacle Sync (C06) BNC TC cable is designed for bi-directional use. Being that you are looking to send timecode out, and into the BMD HyperDesk Mini, I would recommend a one directional TC/OUT cable from ambient; B&H# AMBNC3.5.

No, the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic and Timecode Support (B&H # TETRACKE) cannot be used to send audio to a camera. It can only record audio onto an internal microSDHC card.
