It has tons of pen and other slots. Not the perfect configuration, but quite good. Great rubber at bottom, so pens won't poke through. Stretchy, which is nice, though I also like them sturdy on top to rest camera when holding it on the hip. ;)

Arri is Arri! Really nice pouch, material and pockets deigns -- more layers and pockets than most of the AC pouch. And the belt loop is velcro open so it can fit in thicker belt.
