I Love The Slim Design. It Holds So Much And It Has The Ribbon Grid To Keep All My Small Items And Cables Easily Organized. I've Repeatedly Purchased This Bag As I Love The Design, But It's Only 4 Stars As The General Wear-tear On The Shoulder Straps Always Gives Out And Falls Apart. I Typically Get 1 To 2 Years Of Use, Before It Breaks Down, So It's Worth Buying It Again. I've Had One Bag Fail Within A Year And Filed A Warranty And Received A New Bag, Which Came Without Incident. I Wish They Would Bolster The Straps So I Could Get More Use, As The Rest Of The Bag Is In Decent Shape. I Use It Almost Daily And I'll Admit I'm Hard On Things... Great Bag None-the-less. If You Are Looking For A Low-profile Backpack That Holds A Laptop, Tablet, And A Ton Of Peripherals, I'd Highly Recommend It.
