Is it difficult to tighten this to the video head? There are no locking screws like those used on the Manfrotto model.
No, simply turn the lever clockwise and your video head will lock.

Does anyone know if this will work with a FLM CP34-L4 II 10X Carbon Fiber Series II Tripod?Thanks
Unless I'm missing something, the FLM CP34 series II comes with a 75mm bowl built in beneath the flat plate. In FLM videos on YT they state it will accept a 75mm half ball.
