AC50 Wireless Controller is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incompatible with TP-Link's own EAP access points TP-Link offers central EAP access point management through Windows-based software, which works quite well. But in small business environments, appliance-type access point controllers are desirable to take the place of always-on Windows systems. Unfortunately, TP-Link's access point appliances, the AC50 and AC500 do not manage any of the EAP access point models, so the EAP access points must be configured to run as stand-alone through their own web-based admin, or managed through the Windows-based software. There is Mac-based software to discover TP-Link access points on a single IP subnet, but not to manage them.
