"Beauty Dish" Reflector - 22" is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite modifier The light this modifier produces is just beautiful. Use it with my Alienbees and a single 580 EX II. I don't really have anything negative to say about it other than it's big and can't collapse down like a soft box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely the best for the price and pe Well, you should know what a beauty dish does, and this one does it very well. It is very well constructed, and with the right adapter can be used with just about any lights. I use Elinchrom monolights and with the Norman adapter is seems that it was made for my lights. If you need a BD, just buy it, it is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product! Great results Excellent product that certainly lived up to my expectations in terms of getting the glamour look I was seeking. In between the hard regular reflector light and the softbox. Only minor criticism is the flimsy diffuser material used to cover the flash tube, otherwise it is very well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ECONOMICAL BEAUTY DISH THAT DELIVERS Purchased this item instead of more expensive elinchrom model. No regrets at all. Delivers soft directional light. Very useful for my portrait shots. I plan to purchase another for my second strobe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Quality Light and AFFORDABLE! Very similar design to Mola dishes but about 1/3 of the price, plus can be adapted to any make of a flash by swapping out the mounting ring (easy to do). Modded mine by using a Mole/ Richardson Concave Reflector in place of the center diffusion (attach with aluminum tape) and then wrap Rosco Toughlux around the center posts. Eliminate the need for the DiffuserSox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for portraits excellent light when using single person portrait (especially women). I notice a ring when doing test shots to a wall but you won't notice it on real subjects. it might bother some people but I didn't buy this to shot at walls. the grid is a must have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great light, complicated adapter. I purchased this with intentions of using my yongnuo flashes with it.I bought this dish because it was half the price of the Mola and the reviews seem to be pretty great. I didn't realize until after I received this dish that the adapter only works for speedotron lights my fault.I spent hours searching for an adapter that would work with a Bowens ring and couldn't seem to find that. I even posted in a couple of photography forums for help on the matter. Eventually, I found that you can purchase a bracket from Kasey Enterprises. The only problem is, you have to force larger holes through your Speedo dish because the holes in the Kacey bracket are larger than the holes in the Speedotron dish. Also, the bracket costs $$.So, after all of that I finally decided to just not buy the bracket and exchange my Speedotron dish for the Mola Demi. I'm waiting on the Mola to arrive now!Sorry for not having a review about the light quality, but it seems like there are plenty or reviews about that subject anyway! : I this review is helpful to people looking for a dish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As Promised I had read a comment that this would fit my Alien Bee but it doesn't. (That's on me.) I built a nice doughnut shaped metal adapter plate (for about $6 and a trip to ...) and it works great. ...
