Is there an adapter available that will make this dish usable with the Profoto B1?

No, this Speedotron unit has a built in proprietary mount for Speedotron flash heads.I'm sure Profoto sells a similar beauty dish with a mount for the B1 (at 2X to 3X the cost).

The diffusion material would be most similar to the Rosco Roscolux #111 Filter - Tough Rolux - 20x24 Sheet B&H # RO111S.

Will this work with a Bowens Mount?

It is possible if you replace the mount ring with a Bowens one. B&H caries several. You may have to modify the mount to match the screws.

Yes it will work with Alien Bees, just have to buy the Kacey AB/WL Mount Adapter ($21). I have this beauty dish and I use it with my Einstein.
