The threads fit well on the lens 52mm side and on the V5 Pro filter holder side. Not sticky, but I didn't try to tighten more than a bit. No need as there if plenty of thread to support the filter holder.

Is this adapter ring compatible with the Lee 100mm filter holder?

Will this adapter make it possible to mount my V5-Pro holder to a Nikon AF-S 200-500mm lens?

Yes, the 95mm adapter will allow your current V5-Pro to attach to your Nikon AF-S 200-500mm lens which has a 95mm filter thread. Keep in mind that it does NOT support the use of the CPL as it replaces the main 82mm adapter that houses the CPL. Yes, the NiSi 52-82mm Step-Up Ring for 100mm V5/V5 Pro/V6/V7/C4 Holder could be use as a standard step up ring to connect 82mm in the front thread.
