MoGo Travel Smartphone Video Headset is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for certain applications. For me, it gives me a way to get full resolution FPV from my DJI Phantom 4 Pro without HDMI output. I couldn't watch a movie with it...but for viewing your DJI GO 4 app in full resolution out in bright sunlight, this really is a good deal. Nothing like the typical 5.8ghz FPV transmission you see on lots of racing drones, etc... This is viewing your high res phone screen (in my case an iPhone 7+) greatly enlarged. Depending on your use-case, it could be a great asset or a dud. Just depends...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from a gimmick! Stay away from it. It is a gimmick. The patent will probably be on its folding mechanism .... not on its lenses. Nothing special or proprietary about the lenses. The screen from my iPhone looked large but not at all the immersive experience the inventor claims. There were lines of blue color around the edges of the screen. The screen appeared curved at its edges. Stay away .... save your money .... too good to be true!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New way to watch Netfilx movies I am not gamer but tried many VR masks, to spend time while traveling watching movies. I recently purchased MoGo and was very happy to reveal it, because finally I can see high quality video without pixelation and without nausea as I experienced with my VR masks! The picture is super sharp and panoramic, eyesight is comfort for hours of continuous watching of Netflix series during my train or flight travels. The option of situational awareness is a great idea, especially to keep an eye on my stuff in train and not to miss my meal during the flight. Touch screen access is also very comfortable to control the contents. I tried to understand what is special in the lenses, they look very thick near the nose, I asked my friend who is optometry doctor and he explained me that two very strong prismatic lenses shifting the center of the screen to left and right correspondingly which allows to relax the eyes despite gazing on very close image. As for cons, in the periphery the image is not so sharp as in the central zone, peripheral lines are slightly curved and white vertical lines are kind of rainbow, for me it is less important, most of time the action is in the central zone where the image is perfect. Also look and feel could be better for such high priced product. It took me few moments to understand how to unfold and fold the mask, it is not too intuitive, but once I got a hang of it, this feature is supper useful for me, it allows to put the MoGo into the notebook bag pocket so I taking it with me and it takes 2 sec to unfold and fold it. I found an option in Netflix to download the movies for off-line view in HD quality and it looks amazing, taking headphones on, I can compare it like being in a Cinema theater. I am waiting to have a phone with 4k display! A friend of mine tried my MoGo to fly a drone with Litchi app and also ordered one for himself. Overall, very happy with the purchase, and use it frequently. Giving it 4 stars and not 5 due to the cons mentioned, and since I would expect better look and feel for a mask at such price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Returned it The cinema view was ok. Lots of distortion on the edges. Really did not fit well with my glasses so if wear glasses a big caution! As far as using them with the drone I found it to be less than practical. Might be good as a second viewer with say Litchi. But the absolute worst thing was the nose piece. Super uncomfortable with unfinished edges that irritated so bad I could not wear them for more then a few minutes, with or without the glasses. Poor build, marginal performance, super uncomfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected Given the relatively poor reviews, I wasn't expecting much. It does work however. Avoid distortion at the edges by using a smaller phone. I would say 5" or even 4.5" inch is best. High resolution does pay off. 1080p is nice, 720p does show pixelation quite prominently. I found the headset comfortable, even with prescription glasses on, but they have to be fairly small glasses.
