The MX-Charge from Sound Devices is a wall-mounted AC power supply for use with the MixPre-3 and MixPre-6 audio interfaces. A USB-C port is provided for connecting to these devices. Adapter plugs are provided to fit US, UK, Australian, and European sockets.

If you do any in-house/studio work with MixPre-3/6, this power supply is the way to go. I didnt even realize it existed until I was searching the Sound Devices website for a better field power option. (Side note: I use a 20,100 mAh Type-C RavPower for the field and it works great.) Before I discovered this charger I was using the dual USB Type-A Y cable that comes with the MixPre-3, and powering it with two Apple 12w iPad chargers, which I already had anyway. For $40, this is way cleaner. I read a couple of the comments about the flimsy cable, and mine seems pretty sturdy actually. Maybe they did an upgrade on this at some point into the product cycle.
A must have device if batteries are exhausted during long sessions.
