This TR34434mm Series 59" Pro-Stix Carbon-Fiber Tripod from ProMediaGear supports up to 60.0 lb, measures 20.8" when folded, and includes a tripod top plate with a 3/8"-16 mount. Each of its 4-section legs has a maximum diameter of 34mm. They also feature an independent spread, a 3-position angle lock, quarter-turn twist locks for rapid deployment, and a rubber foot to enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces. Together, the three legs can be extended and spread to raise the tripod from a minimum height of 3.8" to a maximum height of 59.0". For use on soft and uneven soil, each of the rubber feet can be unscrewed to access a stow-away metal spike which can be fastened to the bottom of its corresponding foot.

At full length the tripod is 59.3". What is the height of this tripod with the lower-most section of legs NOT deployed?
That height would be 44.75 inches. Each section is approx 15 inches.

Is there a QD collar that would fit the 34mm legs, similar to the Leofoto QDC-28 or RRS QD Collar?
There isn't a 34mm QD clasp that's designed to fit on the legs of the ProMediaGear TR344 34mm Series 59" Pro-Stix Carbon-Fiber Tripod with Top Plate (Black).
