Can anyone recommend LED lights and friction arms ...

Can anyone recommend LED lights and friction arms that work with the Glide Gear OH 100? I am using it to film overhead art videos and live demonstrations. I have a 17" LED ring light but I think it's too large & heavy to mount on this.

According to the manufacturer, the Glide Gear OH 100 Adjustable Overhead Camera Platform supports between 8-10 lbs. While we do not carry the Ordro FHD HDV-Z20 Digital Video Camcorder, from what I could find online, the Ordro FHD HDV-Z20 Digital Video Camcorder appears to weigh only 3.3 lbs. As such, yes, the Glide Gear OH 100 Adjustable Overhead Camera Platform will support the weight of the Ordro FHD HDV-Z20 Digital Video Camcorder.

What are the Specs for the 8 Screws on the Camera mount? Are they M.2 x 13mm? We had to disassemble the mount and need to replace those Philips Screws with something better - Torx or Hex. We've already replace the 1/4 x 20 Camera Screw within said mount with a SmallRig Camera Screw which has a larger head.
