The aluminum A373T Video Tripod from Benro is a three-section video tripod with a 75mm bowl compatible with industry-standard 75mm video heads. The independently adjustable single-tube leg design makes the A373T lightweight and well-suited for shooting on uneven surfaces. An integrated bubble level allow you to set up the legs and level them before mounting your head, while each leg can be set to any of the three locking positions, eliminating the need for a spreader.

Is it compact to be able to travel with this tripod? I want to buy it with a Manfrotto 502A, I also have the doubt between that combination or buy a Benro Aero 7 directly. What would you recommend more?

Do I need to tighten/loosen the screws each time I need to adjust the legs? Or is it just for setting desired resistance for adjustment?

No you do not need to adjust the screws, only the knobs at the base of the legs, that telescope and then tighten to your desired length.
