The Vocas MB-256 Clip-On Matte Box with French Flag and Two Filter Trays is designed to be used as a clip-on for lenses with a non-rotating front and an outside front diameter of 114mm. It features a quick-lock mounting system that attaches directly to the front lens barrel. The matte box can also be used on LWS rods with an optional rod support.
The MB-256 matte box comes equipped with one fixed and one rotating filter stage, and it includes two 4 x 4" filter trays. It is compatible with wide-angle lenses in both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios. In addition, it incorporates the Vocas internal eyebrow system and includes a top flag for more additional flare protection.
Used as a clip-on matte box or as rod mounted with optional hardware
Can be converted to rod-mounted swing-away with optional hardware
Support for a maximum lens diameter of 114mm
