Integrated GPS with a built-in barometer monitors your speed, distance, route, altitude, and gradient, while Bluetooth connectivity reports the data from your sensors and shows incoming calls and texts from your mobile phone on the computer screen.
The M460 comes with a 60-day premium subscription to Strava and its popular feature, Strava Live Segments, where you can compare your performance against others (or your own personal best) on a defined stretch of road or trail. The Polar Flow app gives you access to the service, which in turn offers access to cycling power metrics including Normalized Power, Intensity Factor and Training Stress Score. Use the heart monitor to take advantage of Polar's Smart Coaching suite of metrics, including the Polar Fitness Test, Training Load, Orthostatic Test, and Recovery Test. In all, the M460 gives you 35 hours of data recording time.
