How is the connection from XLR (+, -, gnd) to RCA ...

How is the connection from XLR (+, -, gnd) to RCA which has 2 pin like? Do you have XLR to 2 RCA?
Asked by: Peter
3-pin XLR is a mono connector only, so there would be no benefit to an XLR to dual RCA adapter cable. When you adapt XLR to an unbalanced connection such as RCA or TS, pin 3 is discarded and the signal becomes unbalanced (Hot and Ground only).

question

Is this cable 75ohm?
Asked by: Clint K.
The Comprehensive EXF series 3-pin XLR male to RCA male cable is not 75-ohms. Depending on your application, a simple cable may not suffice. You may need a format converter.

Does this work if I connect a Zoom F3 to a DJ soundboard if they only have RCA inputs? If so which RCA input should I plug it in
Asked by: Andrew
If you are trying to record audio from your DJ mixer into the Zoom F3, this Comprehensive cable will work for connecting an RCA output from the DJ mixer, to an XLR input on the Zoom F3.
