The Taranis X9D Plus from FrSky is a full-range transmitter (radio controller) that supports up to 16 channels. The Taranis X9D uses a Mode 2 configuration, meaning throttle is controlled with the left hand and roll and pitch are controlled with the right. The Taranis X9D is suitable for use with a wide range of model types, including airplanes, helis, multi-rotors, and more. It supports pairing with FrSky X-series, D-series and V8-ll-series receivers (sold separately), and can also support other receivers if an external module is used.
The Taranis X9D features a 60-model memory that can be expanded with a microSD card, so storage isn't an issue. It's fully programmable and features a bright LCD backlit display that makes navigating menus and options easy. The Taranis X9D also utilizes audible speech outputs for warnings and timers, which you can hear through the internal speaker or the headphone jack, if you're using headphones. A neck strap is included.
