Helped clean a dirty sensor but left streaks. Needed other cleaner.

It's not as quick to dry as they say it is

They propose 4 drops to clean but that soaks the (green) swabs a lot. Instead: 1. When the sensor array of the camera is very dirty you have to swipe it with the swab several times with two to four drops of this liquid to ready it for the final cleaning pass. It won't be left with no residues the first time and it will look very dirty. Just go side to side several times with the Same Swab using the two sides of the swab. that swab is going to be dirty after that, and many tracks of little droplets are going to be left everywhere. 2. Then getting rid of the streaks: moisture one swab with one drop of this fluid and let it dry. with another swab Use two drops, one on each side, not four as they say. 2.1 Then with firm pressure, a lot stronger than you think, placing the swab so it is more horizontal, with a slow speed, go from one end to the other. If you are doing it correctly then you should see no trace of liquid being left as you swipe. When you reach the other end you have to allow the swab to be more vertical and then some drops of the liquid are going to be left at the edge, no matter what technique you use. 2.2 Then with the swab that was pre moisture with one drop (that should be dry(ish) now) swipe again in the opposite direction starting where the drops of the liquid were left, with slow speed and just a little pressure. check with F16-F22 in camera towards a light background (i.e the sky) and look for droplet residue. --- Final Note --- The liquid can be transported via airplane so in theory that makes it the viable option on top of eclipse. BUT this thing is too slow to dry! They claim this is their fast evaporating product with alcohol, but fast it ain't. You have to do the swipe movement a lot slower than what the manufacturer is making you believe. And you will have to use up to three swabs on a very dirty sensor (i.e first time cleaning it) or two in a normal sensor. I tried it with Green swab on a AA filter FF camera (Z6). I can see allowing more fluid makes it better for the cleaning but I suspect this fluid is better suited with the orange swabs (more absorbing) that are hard to get as you know.
