While tightening the center screw to fasten the grip to the crane it snapped in half. I managed to get it out easily but I need to have the same screw to continue to use the dual grip. Where can I buy the replacement screws?
At this time we do not sell replacement parts for the Dual Handgrip for the Crane. More than likely you will need to reach out to Zhiyun directly for assistance.

This part is for the Crane and Crane-M models. It is not compatible with the Smooth-Q.
