This switcher is capable of accepting 1080i60 frame rates. You will be able to use this switcher with your 1080i cameras.

no this is not possible, if your input is interlaced then your output will also be interlaced

Unfortunately it will not. That is not possible with this switcher. For ISO recording of each input you'd need to look at Software and Computer Based Switching solutions. The Telestream Wirecast Gear 110 is a great option to consider, BH #TEWCGEAR110.
