Is the tank spinning when you empty the chemicals or do you need to shut it off and then turn it back on again?
To change chemicals for the Jobo CPP-3 Film and Print Processor Kit with Lift, stop the rotation, using the control panel. Turn off the processor. Use the lift mechanism. If you're switching chemicals while processing, you can leave the processor on and use the lift to quickly switch solutions.

Are processors such as the Ilford 2150 or Colenta still available? I was thinking about opening a small processing lab but I'd like something more robust than a Jobo.

The Jobo CPP-3 Film and Print Processor Kit with Lift is 110v. It is not 240V. You can use an adapter/transformer like the Sevenstar AR-1500 Automatic Voltage Regulator, BH #SEAR1500 (https://bhpho.to/4rkQO9Q).
