How large a water bottle can it carry? Is the water bottle pouch isolated from the main compartment?
The MindShift Gear PhotoCross 13 Sling Bag (Carbon Gray), BH #MIPC13SCGY, can hold up to a 16.9 oz/500 mL bottle. The compartment is separate from the main compartment but attached to the side of the bag.

Can I fit a Sony A7Riii with a camera grip and the 70-200gm 2.8 (lens hook reversed)on the camera vertically into this bag? I also have the Sony 24-105 f4, and Sony 16-35 GM 2.8 that I want to carry in the bag. Currently I have the Thinktank Turnstyle 20 v1.0 and I can't do this with that bag.

Will this fit a Canon R6 (no battery grip) with attached Sigma 150-600?
Perhaps, but it would be tight. You would have to place the body with the rear down exposing the LCD to potential impacts. I purchase mine for other applications. My suggestion is the Thinktank DIGITAL HOLSTER 150. It is less expensive, lens is down, it will accommodated any DSLR body, gripped or not and you can include an attached extender. A much better solution.

Will this have room for a 24-70f4 or 24-120 f4 if I carry my z6 attached to a 100-400mm S?
Although the Think Tank PhotoCross 13 Sling Bag can hold a Nikon Z6 with a 24-70mm or 24-120mm lens, it cannot accommodate a Nikon Z 100-400mm lens.

Bag strap worn over left shoulder. What if camera slung around neck to hang down right side by waist/hip? Doable? Comfort?
When the MindShift Gear PhotoCross 13 Sling Bag (Carbon Gray) is worn over the left shoulder, if you use a camera slung around the neck to hang down right side by the waist/hip, it's doable. However, we find using a camera sling strap to be more comfortable, and it takes the weight off your neck.
