This sandbag, with the D-ring and clasp, are perfect counter weights when I suspend a light fixture out on the end of a 40 gobo arm. I leave about 4-5 sticking out of the T-handle clamp end and hang the counter weight bag there.

Great design as far far as fitting great on stands and materials made for comfortable use. The quality just isn't there so after a little over 1 year of use the stiching is coming apart and the plastic at the handle is falling off.
