  • AD360II-N WITSTRO TTL Portable Flash for Nikon Cameras

Power in a portable package is the key advantage provided by the AD360II-N WITSTRO TTL Flash from Godox. Combine this with a bare-bulb design that is capable of outputting 360Ws and you will be able to easily create a beautiful 360° light source that takes very well to modifiers. Another benefit of this unit is the built-in 2.4GHz X radio system that enables reliable wireless operation and control in addition to optical master/slave functionality with complete compatibility with Nikon i-TTL.

The AD360II-N is able to function much like a standard shoe-mounted flash, including the ability to tilt from -15 to 90° and rotate a total of 270° for bounce flash techniques. It also has a rated guide number of 262' at ISO 100 when using the included reflector. In order to provide this power with a recycle time of 0.05-4.5 seconds, the flash requires the use of the separately available PROPAC PB960 Lithium-Ion Flash Power Pack, which can provide enough energy for 450 full-power flashes. In addition to these capabilities, the i-TTL support enables high-speed, 1st and 2nd curtain sync modes. And, the flash has a Wireless Control Port along with PC and 3.5mm sync sockets.

A bare-bulb design creates a 360° light source that is flattering and easy to use with many optional modifiers.
The AD360II-N has an output of 360Ws, which equates to a rated guide number of 262' at ISO 100 when using the included reflector.
Built-in 2.4GHz X radio system allows it to be set as a slave and triggered from up to 328' away by a supported X series transmitter as well as be used as a master where it can trigger other flashes from up to 230' away. This system supports both Canon and Nikon TTL systems, as an X series transmitter can trigger either a Canon-compatible or Nikon-compatible model with TTL communication, regardless of the model of transmitter used.
Compatible with Nikon i-TTL, this flash is able to offer auto exposure and other advanced functions. This includes high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second and both 1st and 2nd curtain sync.
The flash head can tilt from -15 to 90° and rotate 270°.
Manual power control is available from 1/1 to 1/128.
The AD360II-N is able to function as an optical master or slave with full TTL functionality.
Powered by the separately available PROPAC PB960 power pack, this flash offers a recycle time of just 0.05-4.5 seconds.
A Wireless Control Port supports to use of the FT-16 system for wireless manual power control via a compatible trigger.
Wired sync options include 3.5mm and PC ports.
A micro-USB port is available for future firmware updates.

Godox AD360II-N reviews

AD360II-N WITSTRO TTL Portable Flash with Power Pack Kit for Nikon Cameras is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speedlight on Steroids! To give a little pretext for this review I was first using 2 Nikon SB800's. Now I use two AD360's for interior/estate shots coupled with the XTR16 USB units on the flash bodies and the XTR32 commander. The Godox AD360's series flashes are superb flashes for fill lights for outdoor photography, and interior photography. Here's why: Power: The one I bought from B&H is the AD360-N TTL which means excellent fill in light in broad day light, and enough power to light a high 12-16 foot ceiling. One AD360 light has about 320WS of power, which equates to roughtly 4 speedlights (speedlights generally are about 80 WS). You can control the output of the flash simply by adjusting the output on the XT32 commander (which is so nice!). These are speedlights on steriods! Batteries: They put lithium-ion batteries in the AD360's - they last FOREVER! Can take these lights out on a shoot and never have to worry about running out of battery power. With my style of shooting, a full charge will last about a week or two. (I generally shoot at f/7.1 or F/8 so my flashes don't have to work very hard. They are suppose to last about 900 flash pops according to Godox website. Light Output: The colour temperature of the light is consistent too; 5600k as standard with a maximum deviation of 200k. The Godox AD360 to be the right compromise between size/weight and power/recycle times. Reliability: My gear takes alot of hard use/abuse. The first weekend I owned my AD360 I witnessed it bounce down a flight of stairs at a shoot. Two heart attacks later, I picked up the light tested it, and used it 10 minutes later on location. So I bought another AD360 a week later! Accessories are reasonably priced and of good quality. Recently I purchased the 18-inch softbox for these lights. Overall my job is alot easier using the Godox AD360's in the Godox ecosystem. Would I recommend them? Yes, without a doubt! Coupled with B&H customer service...this deal is a winner hands down!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! I shoot professionally and have always used speedlites. Wasn’t sure if I could achieve the same control with the bare bulb lighting. Definetly need more time and practice with this Godox 360 but so far, I’m very impressed with the results I’m getting! And excited to explore all of the possibilities it can provide. I highly recommend this lighting for anyone who needs a lot of light, speed, and power without excessive weight of Lumedyne system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speed Light on Steroids - With Lots of Power The Godox AD360 series flashes are awesome flashes for indoor and outdoor photography. A friend online recommended the Godox AD360 to me. At first I was quite hesitant to purchase it, but after using this for a couple of shoots I was blown away with its flash power. The one I bought from B&H is the 360-N TTL which means excellent fill in light in broad day light for my real estate/interior shoots. The Godox AD360 use a small, light battery pack (that lasts FOREVER!) to supply thousands of flashes from a bare-bulb for far better lighting quality. You can also buy an assortment of light modifiers for this light too. The Godox AD360 gives about 320ws of power, the best Nikon or Canon speedlights give between 60-80ws. (I sold my Alien Bee B800's after buying these lights!) These lights are...as my friend says, A speed light on steroids! The color temperature of the light is consistent too; 5600k as standard with a maximum deviation of 200k. I use the standard dome attachment when shooting with a Nikon 14 to 24mm lens on my Nikon D810. Couple the Godox AD360 with a Godox X1T TTL Wireless Flash Trigger, a XTR16 Wireless Flash Trigger Receiver, and you're ready to roll. These flash are as tough as they come too, I watched this speed light tumble down a flight of stairs a week after my initial purchase...and after two heart attacks I used it 10 minutes later. Buy these lights...they're awesome!
