  • AD360II-C WITSTRO TTL Portable Flash for Canon Cameras

Power in a portable package is the key advantage provided by the AD360II-C WITSTRO TTL Flash from Godox. Combine this with a bare-bulb design that is capable of outputting 360Ws and you will be able to easily create a beautiful 360° light source that takes very well to modifiers. Another benefit of this unit is the built-in 2.4GHz X radio system that enables reliable wireless operation and control in addition to optical master/slave functionality with complete compatibility with Canon E-TTL / E-TTL II.

The AD360II-C is able to function much like a standard shoe-mounted flash, including the ability to tilt from -15 to 90° and rotate a total of 270° for bounce flash techniques. It also has a rated guide number of 262' at ISO 100 when using the included reflector. In order to provide this power with a recycle time of 0.05-4.5 seconds, the flash requires the use of the separately available PROPAC PB960 Lithium-Ion Flash Power Pack, which can provide enough energy for 450 full-power flashes. In addition to these capabilities, the E-TTL / E-TTL II support enables high-speed, 1st and 2nd curtain sync modes. And, the flash has a Wireless Control Port along with PC and 3.5mm sync sockets.

A bare-bulb design creates a 360° light source that is flattering and easy to use with many optional modifiers.
The AD360II-C has an output of 360Ws, which equates to a rated guide number of 262' at ISO 100 when using the included reflector.
Built-in 2.4GHz X radio system allows it to be set as a slave and triggered from up to 328' away by a supported X series transmitter as well as be used as a master where it can trigger other flashes from up to 230' away. This system supports both Canon and Nikon TTL systems, as an X series transmitter can trigger either a Canon-compatible or Nikon-compatible model with TTL communication, regardless of the model of transmitter used.
Compatible with Canon E-TTL / E-TTL II, this flash is able to offer auto exposure and other advanced functions. This includes high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second and both 1st and 2nd curtain sync.
The flash head can tilt from -15 to 90° and rotate 270°.
Manual power control is available from 1/1 to 1/128.
The AD360II-C is able to function as an optical master or slave with full TTL functionality.
Powered by the separately available PROPAC PB960 power pack, this flash offers a recycle time of just 0.05-4.5 seconds.
A Wireless Control Port supports to use of the FT-16 system for wireless manual power control via a compatible trigger.
Wired sync options include 3.5mm and PC ports.
A micro-USB port is available for future firmware updates.

Godox AD360II-C reviews

AD360II-C WITSTRO TTL Portable Flash with Power Pack Kit for Canon Cameras is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best outdoor flash. The Godox AD series flashes are superb flashes for outdoor photography. I bought a used 180 and was impressed with its flash power. The one I bought from B&H is the 360-C TTL which means excellent fill in light in broad day light. I can now take group photo of 150 people in any light conditions at F:8, 30-50 feet away with TTL. The Godox AD360, and it's smaller sibling the AD180, use a small, light battery pack to supply thousands of flashes from a bare-bulb for far better lighting quality. They give us the ability to use large, beautiful light modifiers on location. This allows us to create beautifully artistic light on demand that has previously been impractical and or impossible to do at the price. The Godox AD360 gives 307ws of power and the AD180 gives about 150ws of power. The best Nikon or Canon flashes give between 60-80ws. I mainly photograph people, and have found the Godox AD360 to be the right compromise between size/weight and power/recycle times for me. The colour temperature of the light is consistent too; 5600k as standard with a maximum deviation of 200k. I haven't noticed any colour casts in any images so this is great. I use the white dome attachment a ($20.00) value when shooting with an 8 to 24mm lens. I love the fact that I can attach a Canon cable to one side of the battery to one camera flash and the other side for the Godox to another camera when strong light is required. Accessories are reasonably priced and of good quality. I bought the V connector to double up flash recharging time, a Canon cable, a white dome and filters. I seldom shoot with umbrellas inside as my main tasks are outside photography similar like weddings. Cheers. GL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate cosmic powers... itty bitty living space. I use this bad boy for real estate photography. It's got enough power to flash bracket huge windows, and small enough to fit on my belt. I've never run the battery down in a day, that is sometimes around 200 flashes. As a matter of fact I'm not sure I've even come close to running out of battery. It stays in my camera pack with all of my other gear. It's always ready to go.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Unit This was a major disappointment. I opened the box, charged the battery pack for an hour (it ships charged) assembled the flash tube to the flash unit, attached the reflector, plugged power cord into the battery pack, plugged the other end of the cord into the flash unit and powered it up. Nothing, NADA, zip on the flash unit. Battery pack showed full charge and detected the flash on the outlet; flash ignored all input - dead as a toaster on the Titanic! I have no idea if the cord was defective ot the flash unit was bad. I used both ports on the battery pack and both gave the same results - dead as King Tut! Called B&H at 4:35pm and was informed by the robot that they were closed until 5:45pm Saturday. E-Mail tab was a cirular reference - click on it and you are right back where you started. Bad news folks, Ive been a customer at B & H for nearly 30 years and this experience is making me rethink that..... Sincerely, Grover Larkins
