Godox AD-AC Reviews
Power when you need it
This works great when you don't want to, or can't, rely on your battery. Fairly certain that it recycles faster too!
HAVING A BACKUP PLAN IS A GOOD THING!
I purchased this as back up plan to the battery because you just never know about these batteries! May never have a problem but the one time you do, it isn't good! When inside the studio or on inside location I like to use the AC Adapter because I tend to shoot a little faster and take more shots. I also like having the extra power of the cord if I am shooting HSS pretty often. Re-cycle is not a thought or consideration then! Basically it is peace of mind and a back up! For those with outdoor shoots I always take my Honda generator in case I need the cord outdoors and now with these power solared generators out and available it will be even easier to have outside power available for the AC adapter!
