Adjustable to fit most speedlites, the Godox S-Type Speedlite Bracket for Bowens lets you to maximize the potential of your on-camera flash while allowing you to use Bowens accessories. The bracket supports your flash either vertically or horizontally, employing non-scratching, light pressure rather than touch-fasteners or tape. Light modifiers such as reflectors, softboxes, and snoots mount to the front of the bracket as they would on a Bowens flash head. Godox S Reviews
This speedlight bracket does not disappoint! I've already placed an addition order for more as I upgrade my studio softboxes. Wonderful product.
Adjustment Screw doesnt screw
I bought these in hopes to use my umbrellas and both screws didn't work. it just kept spinning....it was too late for me to return so im stuck with broken mounts.
If it's not one thing, it's another
I have bought three of these mounts and I have to say that they are unbelievably bad. The first one broke the adjusting nut in less than a month. The second broke the adjustment lever. And the third (the one I just bought) arrived with the thread of the adjustment screw worn and it does not adjust any umbrella at all. 0 QA in this one.
So easy to use and build quality seems high.
Does Its Important Job Well
I have four of these brackets, which serve very well with a variety of light modifiers for both speedlights and the Godox AD200 'pocket flash'.
For my godox 200 pro
This works well with my godox 200 pro.
These brackets seem to be well made and durable. I think the Godox products are a true bargain.
I have a new purpose for my Canon 550EX Speedlites.
I wanted to mount my two 550EX Speedlites off camera and use the two Godox softboxes I have. The Godox S-Type Speedlite Brkt for a Bowens mount provides this functionality. I have the 55" Octagon softboxes, which are a little heavy, and the Speedlite brkt holds them securely. The bracket holds all the weight of the soft box and the flash head, it's made robustly and allows for fast removal with the Bowens adaptor. The bracket also allows for a simple bounce umbrella setup as well.
