Just in case anyone is thinking of buying either of the Vello FlashBoss Shutter Release Cables for Nikon cameras (FB-N1 or FB-N2) as a replacement for the easily breakable cable that comes with the Micnova GPS-N Plus High-Precision GPS Receiver Geotagging unit for Nikon (sold on Amazon), don't do it! Neither B&H nor Vello have said it would work as a replacement, but if you have seen advice elsewhere that it would work (such as in comments at Amazon), please disregard it. Both B&H and Vello confirm that the mini-B male connector is not standard, but specific to the FlashBoss unit. It will not fit into the standard mini-B port on the Micnova GPS-N Plus.
