The Godox CB-01 Wheeled Light Stand and Tripod Carrying Bag (Black, 44.9") is not considered a hard case. It is what most call semi hard case and is not an all plastic case.

Yes they are but I do not recommend this bag. It has broken, we have two of them. Did not hold up to our level of work.

Does it come with a lid organizer?
There is a top pocket enclosure that runs the length of the inside of the top of the Godox CB-01 Wheeled Light Stand and Tripod Carrying Bag in which you may store small accessories and other gear. It does not include a separate lid organizer, but you may use this section of the lid of the case for storage needs.
