The Sachtler System 25 EFP 2 is designed with today's HDTV and widescreen cameras in mind. Consisting of the Video 25 Plus fluid head, it features a seven-step, temperature-independent damping system and an 18-step counterbalance which can be adjusted easily and safely in nine stages, permitting for 90° tilt angles without the concern of the tripod tumbling. It also includes the lightweight CF-150 EFP 2CF double extension carbon fiber tripod with a mid-level spreader and rubber feet for working on either even or uneven terrain. Load capacity is between 16KG to 75KG. What does that mean? Will it take my Sony Venice with a Leica Summilux, on its rig and raw recorder, one monitor etc.?

The load capacity of this head is actually 18 to 77 pounds which equals 8 to 35 kg. Your camera set up will need to be between those weights to work.

Can you tell me what the maximum height on this setup is with the wheels on and the included fluid head mounted ? In other words, from the floor to the top of the fluid head ? Thanks !

The maximum height is roughly 74 inches with the dolly and head attached.
