Key Features
- For Multiblitz V Lights
- Softens and Diffuses Light
- Octagonal Shape for Rounded Catchlights
- Collapsible Umbrella-Like Design
Able to be opened up like an umbrella, the 60" EZ-Pro Octagon Softbox from Fotodiox will make set up and tear down much simpler. Able to soften and diffuse light and create beautiful rounded catchlights, the octagonal softbox is a classic modifier both in studio and on location, and this model features a heat-resistant design and sealable venting to support a variety of different types of fixtures. It uses a silver interior to maximize output and features both an inner baffle and front diffuser to produce an even quality of light, and these do not need to be removed for storage. Another customizable advantage of this softbox is the inclusion of an accessory that can transform your box into a collapsible beauty dish. This accessory can also help reduce hot spots when using a diffuser. Users can pick up an optional fabric grid, as well, to control light spill. This model comes with a rotating speed ring with locking thumbscrew which features an insert that is compatible with most Multiblitz V lights.

Will the Godox V860IIs speedlight work with this box? If so what else would I need?
It should if you use a type S Bowen’s mount bracket (Godox makes one that’s adjustable for most speedlights that I use).

Will this work well with an SB5000 Nikon Speedlight?
The FotodioX EZ-Pro Octagon Softbox (48", Bowens Speed Ring), B&H # FOEZP48OBBOW, is designed for use with light fixtures that use the Bowens S-mount speedring connector. As the Nikon SB-5000 Speedlight Flash does not have a built-in Bowens S-mount connection, you would need to purchase an adapter such as the Raya Reflector Adapter for Speedlight, B&H # RARAS, to use the FotodioX EZ-Pro Octagon Softbox with the Nikon SB-5000 Speedlight Flash.

question
Does the Profoto Speedring fit the B2 lights?
Yes, the speedring in the FotodioX EZ-Pro Octagon Softbox (48 , Profoto Speed Ring) would fit the Profoto B2. However, do note that due to the smaller size, you may have to adjust the positioning of the softbox for balance and fit on the Profoto B2 as the head is smaller depth-wise compared to the standard Profoto head.
