It would not. The dimensions are different with the X-E3 being smaller. The Autofocus/MF switch and lens release buttons are on different spots on the cameras so it really wouldn't work well.

It says 'tripod-friendly', can it still provide a solid connection to the tripod head? My last half case required an extended threaded pin/adapter to make up for the thickness of the case.
