Will this hold the Canon R, the R-EF adaptor, and the 24-105mm lens? Or does the adaptor make it too long?
Not that we are aware of. This case is designed for use with the EOS R and the native Canon RF 24-105mm Lens. It may be too small for use with an EF 24-105mm and adapter and is not recommended.
