The light boasts a 7-stop flash power range that can be adjusted in 1/10 stop increments and a 60W LED modeling lamp that is the equivalent of 300 tungsten watts and can be used manually or set to output proportionate to the flash intensity. The modeling lamp has a 5600K color temperature and is flicker-free for use as a video light. Recycle time is a fast 1 second at full power and a fraction of that at lower power.
