There are programs on the internet to test the actual USB read and write transfer speeds. Has anyone used them to test those for this? I am thinking both will be less than 100 mb/s.
We have not tested the speeds on this drive.

"adheres to USB 3.0 standards for data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s", Yes that is the standard for 3.0 transfer. Many flash drives are the same standard but their write speeds are much, much less. What are the actual read and write speeds?
