Stopped working out the blue.

Had mouse from September 2021, didn't start using it until November 2021 as there were delays in getting the computer case, so couldn't use it until computer was built. Mouse worked fine once directly infront of the computer but at a few feet away would disconnect. Then on January 7th, 2022 mouse was working when I turned off the computer in the Afternoon sometime around 1pm, but when I returned home after 8pm and turned on the computer, mouse would't move. I changed battery and still won't move. I tried another mouse and it worked fine. I then tried the mouse in another computer and it still won't move. Mouse lights up, just no response on the computer.

I like the flatness and the automatic sleep for long battery life.

Simple, inexpensive, just what I was looking for. The retracting mechanism is nifty, but the wire seems delicate, so I will handle it with care.

why is my mouse not working, put new battery in it. ther is no reset button or on off switch. so how do I get this mouse to work?
Asked by: mark
Do you see the light on the bottom of the mouse. If no, it could be the battery is dead or put in wrong. If you do see the light and it is still not working it could be the USB dongle is not connected or the mouse is not close enough.
