You can, but you must first use the Manfrotto 75mm Short Half-Ball on the tripod legs, which can be found here: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/366662-REG/Manfrotto_520BALLSH_520BALLSH_75mm_Half_Ball_with.html
Then you can place the 502AH head on top of that.

Is the screw on the included ball-mount adapter a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 or something else? I'm hoping to use with Benro S6Pro flat mount head as a tripod kit with ball leveling.
Those screws should be 3/8" - 16.

Our understanding is the screw is 3/8".
